Our weapon of choice
Our weapon of choice is design thinking – the process of applying the tools of design to complex challenges and wicked problems. To us, design thinking is a proper mix of empathic understanding, creative ideation, ambitious execution and effective implementation. All wrapped up in a neat package that meets the needs of our dear clients.
There's no formula to great design, though. No paint-by-numbers and no recipes. It works because it works. It works because you can feel it. It works because it makes a difference. Design has a certain magic quality to it and we try to capture that magic by combining the very different skills of our hard-working employees.
That being said, we do believe in process.

The design thinking in action model
The model shows how we think and how we work. The power of the design thinking model is that no problem is too big and no challenge too great not to be solved using this method. The uniqueness lies in the capacity of dealing with the complexity of any given project.
The process is iterative which makes us able to keep an open mind and be innovative yet never loosing sight of the target. We don't think linear – the iterative process makes it possible to constantly inform the process.
We gain insights, address and re-address the question, frame the problem, conceptualize and visualize solutions and connect market and end-users with products and services. We do this to reach the best solution, the solution that creates meaning to the user and can be launched successfully into the marketplace.
